This past Wednesday kicked off the 13th year of the TOPSoccer program at Penn State Behrend. TOPSoccer gives the women's and men's soccer teams, along with other Behrend students, an opportunity to volunteer and spend time with special needs children. Each player is matched up with a child, and they will spend the next 7 weeks developing their soccer skills and building life-long friendships along the way.
Over 70 children showed up last night excited to participate in TOPSoccer. The Junker Center gymnasium was packed with children, parents, and volunteers. Below are some pictures from the first session.
PSB is the best! Way to be a great influence and contributor to the Erie community. :)
