Ally Lonas and Olivia Belack both netted a pair goals in the 5-1 victory over Mount Aloysius. The grass field made for a physical matchup but PSB stuck to their style of play to record the win.
Ally Lonas started the scoring only ten minutes into the first half. Lonas scored both of her goals within a minute of each other. The first goal would come from a cross by Alex Bilka and the second would go unassisted after hard work and persistence led to Ally creating her own scoring opportunity. The following ten minutes would be all PSB with most of the play in the Lions attacking third. Olivia Belack would give Behrend the push they needed late in the first half. Belack would score two back-to-back goals in less than a minute. PSB walked into halftime with confidence.
The second half would become a bit more physical with the Lions up 4-0 but was managed well by backs - Maddie Monte and Rachel Weyand. With possession and hard work running through the team, the Lions would give up only one goal in the game and go on to score a fifth to top off their win at Mount. The final goal of the game came from a through ball by Ally Lonas that found Jordan Oberlander behind the defense. Jordan would slot a shot past Mount goal keeper to end the game with the 5-1 win.
